Audition packets for the 2026-27 season have been sent out to everyone who has completed their audition registrations. If you haven’t already, here are the steps for your audition preparation:
- Fill out and submit the audition registration form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScYJqOiyFUvUunSekUOVNnih3zc2hrg6R7itiFPD2v8fkRopw/viewform?pli=1
- Pay the $20 audition fee by etransfer (non-refundable). Make sure to put the student’s name and instrument in the message.
- Check your inbox for your audition packet.
- Start learning the excerpts early. Listen to several recordings. Start practicing the excerpts slowly for accuracy.
- Keep practicing your scales and solo piece.
- Auditions will be held on September 18, 2026 between 5pm to 8pm. Your exact audition time will be emailed in September.
- The summer is a great time to get an annual maintenance done on your instrument.
